In honor of Bloomsday and Ben, we will examine "good parts" of James Joyce's monumental work.
Unless there is overwhelming sentiment otherwise, or they are performed at Symphony Space (see June 16th), I will try to cover the episodes "The Oxen of the Sun" (pp 240-283 in the Vintage "Corrected Text" edition) and "The Oxen of the Sun" (pp 314-349). Anyone who is particularly fond of a different episode is welcome to discuss that also.

How does it relate to LOST? (Or did Ben pick it just to annoy Jack?) Do the Homeric parallels show? Or is it just more Darlton head games?
